Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be 100% pleased with your purchase. At Go Fish Clothing and Jewelry Company, we aim to please, so if you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will do whatever we can to make it better.

Please read our simple Returns and Exchanges Policy below and follow the steps for the transaction you want to make. And remember, you can always contact us with any order or product related questions at info@shopgofish.com

Please note: Currently our stores are unable to accept returns or exchanges of merchandise purchased on shopgofish.com.

 

Returns & Exchanges Policy

  • All returns and exchanges must be received within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  • Returns/exchanges are processed within 7-10 business days upon receipt of the package.
  • All returns and exchanges must be in their original condition, unworn, unaltered and unwashed.
  • All clearance items are considered FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Shoes must be returned with their original shoebox. The original shoebox must be returned undamaged and postage-free.
  • We inspect all returned items and reserve the right to deny a refund or refuse full refund based on the returned condition. Items are subject to denial, store credit, and/or a 20%-50% restocking fee if they do not meet the criteria above.
  • Include your original packing slip with the return, this is your receipt and will guarantee you receive your refund in the appropriate payment method.
  • Items returned that are not accompanied by a packing slip will be refunded at their current selling price.
  • Shipping is non-refundable.
  • Refunds can only be issued to your original payment method or in the form of web store credit.

 

Returns & Exchanges Instructions

Making returns or exchanges is easy. Read over our Return and Exchange Policy to see if your items are eligible for a return or exchange and follow these easy steps to get the merchandise back to us.

  1. Please send the original packing slip and the Returns and Exchanges Form along with the items in unworn/undamaged condition and with tags attached in a securely sealed shipping container. Please note the following:
  • ·Order number
  • ·Returned item(s)
  • ·Reason(s) for the return
  • ·Your desired refund method

If you have misplaced your packing slip, please sign into your account on shopgofish.com to re-print your packing slip. 

  1. A prepaid, pre-addressed shipping label is included with your packing slip. Please make sure to remove or cover the original shipping label. Affix the pre-addressed shipping label to your package. No postage is required; however, a $7 shipping charged will be deducted from your refund or credit.

 

  • If you decide to forgo using the shipping label provided, please provide your own traceable and insured shipping method, please mail your return to:

  • If you choose this personal shipping method, Go Fish Clothing and Jewelry Company is not responsible for shipping fees or lost returns.
  1. Take the package to any location of The UPS Store, UPS Drop Box*, UPS Customer Center, or any Office Depot or Staples location, or any UPS Authorized Shipping Outlet. Or leave the package with any UPS driver. (*The maximum acceptable size for each UPS Drop Box package is 16” x 13” x 3”.)

 

Exchanges

US orders only: Exchange shipping from Go Fish Clothing and Jewelry Company back to you is easy! We will ship your new exchange items with a minimal shipping fee of $7.95. Shipping for your exchanged items to Go Fish Clothing & Jewelry Company is not refundable.

  • Please note if the desired exchange item is not available, we will issue a refund instead less $7 if you used our pre-paid shipping label.

Once we process your return or exchange you will receive an email confirmation. Please note that all returns and exchanges will be processed within 7-10 business days.
